Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth across the country. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and achieve targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives with overall business strategy.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a national role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Schedule

  • Core business hours are 8:30am-5:30pm
  • Monday through Friday
  • 40 hours per week

  • This is a remote position with priority given to candidates currently residing in AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, DE, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WV, & WY. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
  • May be able to work in-office at our Virginia Beach, VA, if local.
