This internship is a full-time commitment located in the Anaheim, CA area from January 2026 – June 2026.
What You Will Do
- Manage project assignments independently and as part of a team to identify, develop, and implement solutions that enhance operational effectiveness across the Entertainment line of business.
- Apply business analysis techniques and strategic thinking to evaluate current processes and recommend improvements.
- Develop and refine business requirements for entertainment process improvement initiatives.
- Assist in gathering input and defining project requirements to align project goals.
- Independently create process improvement solutions in close collaboration with leaders and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and prepare status updates for leadership.
- Build relationships and collaborate with Cast Members at all levels to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Proven strong communication (written and verbal) through coursework, extra-curricular activities, or in a professional environment
- Experience balancing multiple tasks with attention to detail in a fast paced environment
- Proven ability to learn new software, business technology applications, and analytical tools. Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, pivot tables, statistical functions, and lookup formulas.
- Proven creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and act tactically.
- Proven knowledge and/or experience with Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products
- Internship or work experience in an analytical or process improvement role
- Leadership position in an extra-curricular program
- Currently earning a college/university degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics or related technical field
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
- Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
- Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must possess unrestricted work authorization
- Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
- Fully available to work full-time (40 hours per week) from January 2026- June 2026
- Fully available Monday – Friday and occasional evenings and/or weekends depending on project needs
- Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program in the Anaheim, CA area
- Able to provide reliable transportation to/from work
