Roles & Responsibilities:
HR Leadership
- Develop and execute a people operations strategy aligned with the organization's mission to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Build and develop a high performing team that fosters collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement to support growth and operational excellence.
- Develop scalable methodologies and tools to optimize and streamline core processes that make up the employment lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, timekeeping, payroll administration, compliance, compensation, and benefit administration.

Mentor, coach, and develop team members by providing guidance and leadership in a learning environment to address the opportunities of a highly dynamic and fast-paced organization.
- Lead the implementation and optimization of scalable and efficient HR platforms to support multiple entities with unique operational needs.
- Evaluate existing HR technologies and make recommendations for improvements that enhance user experience, data accuracy, and operational accuracy.
- Lead cross-function automation initiatives that improve HR service delivery and reduce manual effort to drive productivity and employee engagement.
- Lead vendor selection processes for HR systems and solutions that will enhance the People Operations function.
- Lead HR due diligence, integration, and change management for M&A activity for on-time and on-budget implementations.
- Support rapid growth and mergers by developing and leading the transition plan for system integration and people operations process alignment, including harmonization of employment policies, compensation structures, and benefits across entities.
- Lead onboarding and cultural integration of physician practices and staff.
- Create people data analytics capabilities by partnering with various stakeholders to understand data needs, create data reporting functionality and provide actional insights to support decision making.
- Design and manage competitive, cost-effective benefits programs tailored to the health and wellness of team members.
- Lead annual benefits renewals and open enrollment.
- Ensure compliance with ACA, HIPAA, and other healthcare-specific regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 3 years in a senior level position. Experience in healthcare environments and clinical practices preferred.
