Who We’re Looking For

Fully licensed mental health professionals (LMFT, LMSW, LPC) in Michigan who:

  • Love working with couples and families
  • Are passionate about expanding access to quality mental health care
  • Thrive in a culture that values autonomy, flexibility, authenticity, humor, and compassion
  • Bring creativity and innovation to their practice
  • May be interested in leadership or supervisory roles as we expand


What You’ll Do

  • Provide 25 weekly client sessions (couples, families, and individuals)
  • Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and maintain documentation
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to serve our community
  • Use creative, evidence-based interventions to help clients meet their goals
  • Coordinate care with other professionals as needed
  • Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training
