This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. What You Will Be Doing
- Conducting influential 1:1 conversations and dynamic info sessions to convert prospective families into enthusiastic enrollments.
- Organizing and leading impactful regional workshops and events to enhance visibility and generate qualified leads.
- Establishing strategic partnerships with local organizations and key influencers to boost community presence.
- Mobilizing parent advocates to champion Alpha's innovative 2 Hour Learning model and foster public support.
- Providing leadership with insights on parent sentiment and engagement to refine ongoing strategies.
- Engaging in high-pressure sales pitches or treating Alpha like a mere product.
- Modifying curriculum or compromising on standards to appease influential parents.
- Hosting events without strategic impact on enrollment and advocacy.
- Merely handling customer service issues without driving forward the advocacy mission.
- Remaining behind the scenes instead of actively engaging with the community.

Basic Requirements
- Reside in one of the specified cities and be available for on-site work with local travel: Lake Forest, San Francisco, or Santa Barbara, CA; Orlando or Tampa, FL; Charlotte or Raleigh, NC; New York City (Manhattan), NY; Fort Worth, Houston, or Plano, TX; Washington, D.C. (Chantilly).
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with families in education, outreach, or enrollment.
- Demonstrated ability to guide sophisticated stakeholders through high-trust decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills under pressure.
- Strong belief in Alpha’s high-expectation, accelerated learning model.
