What You’ll Do

  • Perform a wide range of administrative tasks for Hope Network programs, leadership, and staff, including managing complex patient and staff calendars, expense reporting, confidential correspondence, electronic medical records, supply management, and event coordination.
  • Provide direct, hands-on support to consumers, assisting with meals, breaks, toileting, dressing, and other daily needs as required.
  • Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns, including sensitive or confidential matters, collaborating with leadership to determine appropriate responses or referrals.
  • Serve as a communication bridge across internal departments, modeling leadership and maintaining credibility, trust, and respect throughout the network.
  • Manage competing priorities efficiently, ensuring projects are completed proactively and on deadline.
  • Assist with planning and coordinating events, meetings, and other activities for leadership as directed.
  • Maintain a professional and organized front office, reception area, and conference rooms, including managing office supplies, toner stock, and submitting maintenance requests as needed.

Work Schedule

24 hours per week: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required or a combination of education and demonstrated experience.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while fostering effective relationships with stakeholders, partners, and team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and various web and media platforms.
