- Represent Vacatia at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- 10+ years in hospitality or extended stay sales leadership, with multi-property or regional experience.
- Proven success in securing and growing high-value extended stay accounts.
- Strong negotiation, business development, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics.
- Willingness to travel extensively (50–70% of the time).
