The base salary for this role is between $165,000 - $190,000/annual depending on experience.

As Senior Product Manager, you'll drive groundbreaking single-cell product launches, guide cross-functional execution, and mentor a Product Manager to directly influence our growth and the future of cancer treatment.

What you'll do:
- Lead commercialization of new product introduction, representing flagship product offering for Mission Bio
- Manage existing products for Tapestri platform including instrument, reagents, software
- Build financial models to support commercialization process and strategy around product offering and clinical utility Conduct voice of customer and sales to understand customer needs and market segments to define product roadmap
- Positioning of product offering across different applications across heme oncology and cell and gene therapy and customer segments
- Conduct competitive analysis of orthogonal technologies offering across different market segments including NGS and other single cell technologies
- Collaborate with cross functionally to generate proof points, marketing collateral and sales trainings
- Lead and mentor a Product Manager to deliver on product strategy and execution
- Minimum requirement: MS. A Ph.D / MS in Molecular Biology / Cell Biology / Biochemistry discipline is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant product management experience, with at least 1-2 years in the genomics space.
- Experience in defining and executing robust product initiatives, including understanding, and gathering of customer requirements, MVPs, building ROI models to support product commercialization process, is required.
- Experience in product management leadership across core teams to guide program priorities, balance customer experience with revenue growth, is required.
- Experience in programs involving overall system improvements such as reagents, software, and instrument system, is required.
- Proven ability in working closely with FAS, R&D and operations to prioritize sustaining issues and enable customer success and strengthen core business is a plus.
- Experience in product development process, NPI's to build ROI models is preferred.
- Understanding of single cell market, next generation sequencing is a definite plus.
- Deep understanding of genomics, heme oncology cell, and gene therapy, and in techniques such as NGS, PCR, IHC, Flow Cytometry would be a definite plus.
- Experience w applications including Cell and Gene Therapies, heme-oncology, immune-oncology
- Self-motivated team player with ability to effectively manage competing multiple priorities and tight timelines.
The base salary for this role is between $165,000 - $190,000/annual depending on experience.
