With a smaller team - including owners, project managers, and construction managers - the company completes approximately 20 diverse projects per year, ranging from small fit-outs to large-scale multifamily buildings. Description
Project Management: Assist Project Managers in the coordination and execution of construction projects
Procurement: Participate in procurement processes for materials and subcontractors
Schedule Management: Help maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones
Site Visits: Conduct site visits and support field teams as needed (approx. 10% of time)
Team Leadership: Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams-manage communication and expectations professionally
Documentation: Track and report on project progress; collaborate with the controller on financial documentation
Profile
2+ years of construction experience, preferably in commercial or multifamily projects
Strong ability to read construction drawings and understand scheduling & procurement
Excellent communication skills-you're organized, articulate, and client-oriented
Understanding of project budgets is a plus, but not required
Comfortable in a mostly in-office setting, with occasional job site travel
Positive attitude and team-first mentality-someone who wants to grow with a growing company
Job Offer
Competitive Base Salary: up to 95K (depending on experience)

401(k): Eligible after 6 months
PTO: 16-20 days (prorated in your first year)
Bonuses: Discretionary project-based bonuses + annual holiday bonus
