Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and follow up with customer leads in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct on-site and in-showroom consultations to assess client needs
- Present product options and provide accurate estimates
- Maintain thorough knowledge of our custom shower door products and hardware
- Collaborate with the installation and production teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Document sales activities using provided tech tools
- Maintain a positive client experience throughout the sales process
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and participate in sales contests
- Provide feedback and insights to help improve sales processes
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction, glazing, or hardware-related fields
- High school diploma or GED required
- Basic understanding of general construction
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent time management and follow-through
- Self-motivated and team-oriented
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- $27/hour base pay + 2% sales commission
