The Building People LLC seeking a dynamic People Strategy Lead to join our team and help shape the employee experience in our fast-growing organization. This role is designed for an HR professional with 5-10 years of experience who thrives in entrepreneurial environments and is passionate about building impactful career development and growth programs. The ideal candidate will bring both hands-on HR expertise and the creativity to design initiatives that empower employees to own their careers, while supporting managers in fostering high-performing, engaged teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to design and implement career development initiatives that align with business growth and employee aspirations.
- Develop programs and frameworks for performance management, career pathing, and internal mobility.
- Provide HR support across the employee lifecycle, including employee relations, onboarding, benefits, compliance, and policy development.
- Collaborate with managers to coach, advise, and enable them to grow and retain top talent.
- Create tools, workshops, and resources that empower employees to take ownership of their career growth.
- Support employee engagement initiatives that foster culture, belonging, and retention.
- Partner with leadership to ensure HR programs scale effectively as the company grows.
- Track HR metrics and use data to drive continuous improvement in career development initiatives.
- 5-10 years of HR experience with a focus on career development, employee growth, or talent management.
- Proven success working in small, fast-growing organizations, preferably building HR programs from the ground up.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices across compliance, employee relations, and talent management.
- Demonstrated experience creating and implementing HR initiatives that drive engagement and career growth.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to also execute hands-on HR responsibilities.
- Experience with HR tech tools, career development platforms, or learning management systems.
- Facilitation skills for leading employee workshops and manager trainings.
- Ability to thrive in an agile, fast-paced, scaling environment.
