We are currently seeking to fill the Supply Chain Assistant position.

  • Position to be performed at Fresno Office, 93711.
  • Medical office background required.
  • Compensation (negotiable, based on experience, etc).
  • Opportunity to accumulate overtime.


Supply Chain Assistant

Communication with referral sources, patients, vendors

Assist supply chain with referrals, stocking supply room, follow up calls to vendors, patients, and referral sources for medical supplies.

Develop storage areas, place supplies in correct bins, and organize the supply/stock room efficiently.

Prepping new hire clinician bins and ensuring all items are checked out appropriately

Communication with clinicians via EMR re; medical supplies

Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions in a timely manner.

Strong communication and record keeping with Google docs, sheets, and forms.

Maintains professional, customer service focused demeanor in telephonic interactions with providers, clinicians, families, patients, vendors, etc.

Documents compliance with prior authorization process, policies, and procedures.

Performs other related duties and projects as assigned

Supports and carries out the Compassionate Care Home Health Agency Mission and Values.

Complies with HIPAA confidentiality requirements protecting patients personal identifiable health information.

Travel = 10% or less for job duties

  • Driver’s License with Acceptable DMV record as there may be requirements of driving company vehicles.
