RESPONSIBILITIES:
Initial greeting of customers when they arrive for Service
Oversee vehicle delivery process, managing delivery board & gas slips
Gas new or used vehicles
Clean, vacuum, wash, wax vehicles & tires as needed
Communicate with service department to request oil changes when necessary or recommend minor vehicle repairs
Check for damage when vehicle is given to you from service
Perform minor vehicle repairs as needed
Assist with lot + showroom organization & vehicle inventory management
REQUIREMENTS:
Friendly and customer service focused
Reliable
Able to multi-task and work under pressure
Able to walk and stand for long periods of time as well as work outside
Able to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles
Have basic computer knowledge
Customer Service Experience Is Preferred
Professional appearance is necessary
Valid driver’s license is required
