Description
The Treasury Management Product Analyst I is responsible for assisting in the implementation, maintenance, training and ongoing support of various Treasury Management Applications, Products and Services. This is accomplished by working closely with the Treasury Support and Operations staff, Technology Team and 3rd party vendors. They are the voice of the bank, the banks cliental and our Cash Management Team. Therefore, must have excellent analytical, organizational skills and a good working knowledge of Treasury Management products and services.

Description
The Treasury Management Product Analyst I is responsible for assisting in the implementation, maintenance, training and ongoing support of various Treasury Management Applications, Products and Services. This is accomplished by working closely with the Treasury Support and Operations staff, Technology Team and 3rd party vendors. They are the voice of the bank, the banks cliental and our Cash Management Team. Therefore, must have excellent analytical, organizational skills and a good working knowledge of Treasury Management products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Exercise critical thinking and problem-solving skills to support various Treasury Management areas.
- Utilize product knowledge and application expertise to develop and maintain User Guides and procedures for Operational staff and clients.
- Manage various feedback and inquiries in manner to help identify trends for efficiencies, process improvements or problems.
- Prioritize workload and product related needs based on business and customer impact.
- Research and Resolve operational and system related issues and determine appropriate resolution.
- Advanced working knowledge of Treasury Management products and systems; wire transfers, lockbox, and ACH processing; accounting principles and account analysis.
- Strong technical skills with intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to troubleshoot treasury management software applications.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage workload and to instill a sense of urgency in others as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Excellent analytical and process management skills with strong attention to detail and high concern for data accuracy.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with an ability to effectively train new users on treasury management software.
- Exceptional organizational, process and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment and to instill a sense of urgency in others as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Strategic and problem-solving mindset with developed analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment.

Minimum Qualifications/Experience
- 3+ years of Treasury Operations or Treasury Product Services experience with hands on exposure to Treasury Management Systems in financial services or banking industry.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and/or Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification preferred.
- Full-Time. (On Premises)
- Up to 10% travel expected.
