What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline (required)
MS + 4 years of relevant experience, or PhD + 2 years of relevant experience
Demonstrated success in technical proficiency, creativity, collaboration, and independent thinking
Expert-level knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, design, and product development
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple technical priorities
