As a Mission Ops SME at Rise8, you will:

• Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and designers.
• Drive product vision, strategy, and execution to align with company goals.
• Facilitate productive meetings, workshops, and discussions.
• Actively seek opportunities for personal and team growth.
• Apply lean product methodologies to optimize product development processes.
• Assist clients in adopting and implementing product management best practices.
  
  

Qualifications

• Extensive Space Operations Experience: Proven and recent experience in space operational environments, whether in the Air Force or Space Force, with a strong emphasis on understanding joint and/or coalition-level operations.
• Space Domain Expertise: Deep proficiency in at least one specific Space mission area, such as Satellite Communications (SATCOM), Command and Control (C2), Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR), or Missile Warning/Missile Tracking (MW/MT).
• Collaboration: Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Technical Proficiency: A solid understanding of agile software development principles and practices. Capable of decomposing/synthesizing mission processes & workflows to inform software delivery
• Local Presence: Must be located in the Colorado Springs, CO area and able to regularly access SpOC Headquarters at Peterson SFB.
• Current TS/SCI Clearance
  
  

Salary

The annual salary range for this role as it is posted is $136,000 to $170,000 regardless of final candidate location within the United States. The final job level and annual salary will be determined based on the education, qualification, knowledge, skills, ability, and experience of the final candidate(s), and calibrated against relevant market data and internal team equity.

• Rise8 is part of the Life Time Corporate Partner program. In lieu of your $500 annual wellness benefit, you can instead get a $75 monthly credit towards a Life Time membership ($900 annual benefit).
