  • Monitor compliance with grant providers and funders, including reporting obligations.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Manage, coach, and support a small team of Business & Finance Associates.
  • Foster a culture of growth mindset, accountability, and collaboration.

Internal Controls & Systems

  • Partner with the CFO on long-term financial planning and succession planning.
  • Serve as a future member of the Finance Committee.
  • Represent the finance function with executive presence, including delivering presentations to leadership, staff, and board members.

Who You Are:

  • A finance leader who thrives in both detail-oriented accounting work and high-level strategy.
  • A confident communicator with strong executive presence, comfortable presenting to senior leaders and the board.
  • Ethical, organized, flexible, and committed to continuous learning.
  • Excited to join a mission-driven nonprofit and grow into a future executive role.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s or CPA preferred).
