The Global Specialist is responsible for accurately reviewing, interpreting, and managing sensitive data to support the completion of background screening services. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality results through research, data entry, quality control, and interdepartmental collaboration. It plays a key role in maintaining compliance standards, optimizing workflow efficiency, and delivering excellent client experiences.

The Global Specialist is responsible for accurately reviewing, interpreting, and managing sensitive data to support the completion of background screening services. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality results through research, data entry, quality control, and interdepartmental collaboration. It plays a key role in maintaining compliance standards, optimizing workflow efficiency, and delivering excellent client experiences.
What You'll Do
- Review and verify order results for accuracy and compliance.
- Manage orders using a first-in, first-out approach to meet deadlines.
- Monitor and process incoming data from multiple digital partner sources.
- Recommend and support process and documentation improvements.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in research, data entry, or records management.
- Knowledge of FCRA or background screening a plus.
- A dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free with access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day-to-day task.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data systems.
- Adaptable, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
