The Licensed Clinician I in Behavioral Health provides essential therapeutic services to support families affected by pediatric cancer.
- Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, they deliver individual and group counseling, conduct biopsychosocial assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Responsibilities include crisis intervention, collaboration with medical and community partners, and participation in programs and events to offer onsite emotional support.
- They maintain accurate documentation, stay current on mental health best practices, and uphold ethical standards.
- Candidates must hold an active CA license (LCSW or LMFT), have at least 3 years of relevant experience, and be bilingual in Spanish.
- Strong communication skills, cultural humility, and the ability to work evenings and weekends are essential.
