Position Overview
Under the umbrella of Total Rewards and HR Operations, BRC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HRIS/HR Operations Analyst to join our team. The HRIS/HR Operations Analyst works with all divisions within HR and oversees the HRIS system for the HR department including optimizing system functionality, supporting HR operations and ensuring smooth and efficient employees experiences by delivering excellent services.
The HRIS/HR Analyst has a strong foundation in HR administration, familiarity with HRIS platforms and a passion for streamlining processes and improving services through automation and data insights. In addition, they should develop and analyze key HR metrics to drive change throughout the department.

HR Operations Support

Full-time 37.5 hours per week

HR Operations Support
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform accurate data entry in ADP for key employee lifecycle events (e.g. new hires, terminations, job changes)
- Monitor and manage employee Onboarding in ADP, initiating and following up for completion
- Provide support to the HR customer service mailbox, addressing inquiries and resolving employee questions like payroll processing, benefits, recruitment and labor relations
- Participate in the rotation of conducting new hire orientation, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
- Other related duties as assigned
- Serve as the initial escalation point of contact for troubleshooting issues with HRIS
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity within HRIS by monitoring workflows, running frequent data audits to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Configure and update system modules, workflows and user permissions supporting new system or improving existing functionality
- Build new procedural documents identifying the changes based on system automation and brief HR staff
- Coordinate with IT or external vendors for system updates or troubleshooting
- Develop and analyze key HR data and metrics to drive change throughout the department
- Other related duties as assigned
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Human Resources Information Systems or related field is preferred but not required
- Up to 3 years’ experience working with an HRIS system, preferably ADP Workforce Now
- Up to 3 years’ experience working in HR Operations or a related Human Resources Function
- Experience using any HRIS system with a background in either payroll administration, benefit administration, recruiting management, time & attendance administration and/or HR data management tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; capable of creating documentation and guiding staff on system changes
- Customer-service orientation with the ability to manage HR inquiries and resolve employee issues
- Ability to take direction when necessary and work independently as required
- Knowledge of Human Resources and HR practices
- Proactive and detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable collaborating across departments and with external vendors for system support or updates
Full-time 37.5 hours per week
- Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm
- Hybrid - 3 days in office
