We are seeking a dedicated Research Associate to conduct in-vivo studies and contribute to groundbreaking biomedical research. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with animal models, laboratory techniques, and data analysis to support drug discovery and development programs.

We are seeking a dedicated Research Associate to conduct in-vivo studies and contribute to groundbreaking biomedical research. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with animal models, laboratory techniques, and data analysis to support drug discovery and development programs.

What You'll Do
- Provide hands-on support for in vivo studies in mice including:
- Routine dosing PO,IP, IV, SC (oropharyngeal and intratracheal experience a plus)
- Blood collection (e.g., submental and terminal cardiac bleeds)
- Necropsies with full tissue harvest and tissue weight collection
- Body weight monitoring and special diet handling (diet replacement, weighing, and logging)
- Animal health and welfare monitoring during studies
- Collaborate closely with in vivo study leads to support scheduling, dosing logistics, and study execution
- Accurately document procedures and observations in study sheets
- Ensure strict compliance with animal welfare standards and institutional protocols (e.g., IACUC guidelines), consistently following all applicable regulations and procedures
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a life science field (e.g., Biology, Pharmacology, Veterinar Science), with at least 3 years of hands-on industry experience in in vivo research
- Proficient in standard dosing techniques (PO, IP, IV, SC); advanced skills in oropharyngeal or intratracheal dosing a plus
- Skilled in both non-terminal and terminal blood collection and tissue harvest
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to follow protocols withminimal supervision
- Comfortable working independently on weekends, with flexibility to adapt hours to study needs
- Team-oriented, communicative, and motivated to support the broader goals of the in vivo pharmacology team.
