Job Summary
The Resiliency Program Director is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, and directing mental health service delivery programs. They will establish goals, objectives, policies, and procedures, monitor and evaluate program performance, develop and monitor budgets, integrate programs with other state and community services, utilize staff and resources, develop policies and procedures for addressing target populations, and coordinate multiple stakeholders in the community.

Requires periods of sitting, standing, walking, bending, and stooping. Significant job stress may be associated with the position. Evening work may be required.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement goals, policies, and procedures for mental health service delivery programs.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
- Manage program budgets and resources efficiently.
- Collaborate with other state and community services to integrate programs effectively.
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members.
- Develop strategies for addressing the mental health needs of target populations.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders in the community to ensure program success.
- Stay informed about current trends and best practices in mental health services.
- Attend meetings as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in program management, particularly in mental health services.
- Strong understanding of mental health issues and resiliency programs.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to develop and manage budgets effectively.
- Proficient in collaborating with various stakeholders in the community.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
