About The Role

As an Estimator Apprentice, you’ll gain hands-on experience working alongside an experienced Estimator. You’ll help assess damage, prepare repair orders, and learn how to ensure both repair quality and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with outlining repair tasks and estimating costs.
• Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
• Schedule customer appointments and coordinate with rental providers.
• Support customers with professionalism—even in stressful situations.
• Assist with preparing insurance forms and estimating documents.
• Help inspect vehicle damage and draft repair orders.
• Enter work orders into CollisionRight’s system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a customer service-related role.
• Automotive industry experience is a plus, but not required.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
