Behavioral Health Professional (LMSW, LPC, or equivalent)

Join a dedicated correctional healthcare team in Kansas as a Full-Time Qualified Behavioral Health Professional (LSW, LPC, LMFT, LMLP, or equivalent).

• Provide mental health assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams for inmate populations.
• Perform risk assessments, crisis management, and brief clinical interventions such as CBT and Motivational Interviewing.
• Assist inmates in achieving their treatment goals and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
• Work scheduled Wednesday through Saturday during day shifts, earning $34-$36 per hour based on experience.
