We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tooling Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of tooling operations, including design, development, maintenance, and optimization of tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes, team leadership, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the tooling department, managing a team of toolmakers and engineers.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure tooling meets performance and safety standards.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend tool life.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance tooling efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for tooling-related issues.
- Maintain documentation related to tooling specifications, maintenance records, and process improvements.
- Responsible for life cycle of torque tooling i.e. cleco, atlas copco and estics.
- Bachelor's degree or journeyperson; and minimum of 5 years of industrial automation maintenance experience, including some supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining, and manufacturing processes
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Familiarity with Crain systems and tooling lifecycle management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools
