Finance Director- Commercial Lending & Credit Analysis (Family Office, PE)

Position Summary:

The Finance Director will be one of the main faces of Premiere to our network of lenders and financial institutions. They will oversee all debt agreements and required compliance of Premiere. This position will also be the main point of contact for our finance company, ensuring that they have all the pertinent information necessary to provide favorable financing terms.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the Family Office's debt strategy.
• Manage all aspects of the debt portfolio, including pre-close negotiations, loan servicing and post-close compliance.
• Collaborate with external finance partners who are actively sourcing financing packages, ensuring alignment on structure, pricing, and timing to achieve the most favorable terms, and liaise with lenders, financial institutions, and investment partners.
• Track all asset additions and disposals, reconciling with lenders during the paydown process.
• Prepare regular reports on the status of debt agreements, equity positions, and financial obligations, presenting to senior management as necessary.
• Project manage the quarter-end reporting process, making sure that our financing partners have timely financial statements and supplemental information.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
• 5+ years' experience in a finance role with significant exposure to debt management, treasury functions, or related areas.
• Experience as a credit analyst or commercial lender is a plus.
• Deep understanding of debt financing, financial markets, and economic trends.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with finance-related software and databases.
• Discretion and confidentiality given the sensitive nature of the role.
