We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Sterile Processing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will ensure the proper cleaning, sterilization, and distribution of medical instruments and equipment, maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and infection control.

What You'll Do
Clean, decontaminate, and sterilize medical instruments and equipment
Assemble and package sterile instrument sets according to protocols
Inspect instruments for damage and proper functionality
Maintain accurate records and documentation of sterilization processes
Distribute sterile supplies to various hospital departments
Operate and maintain sterilization equipment and machinery
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Basic computer skills for documentation and inventory management
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Previous Healthcare Or Sterile Processing Experience Preferred
