The Operations Coordinator will support day-to-day project and business operations, ensuring schedules, resources, and communications are on track. You will coordinate project documentation, track milestones, and handle logistical details that keep teams productive and clients informed. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update project schedules, tracking key milestones and deadlines
  • Coordinate with project managers, field staff, and subcontractors to ensure resources are in place
  • Manage and organize project documentation, contracts, and compliance records
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action lists
  • Assist with procurement of materials and services as needed
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding project updates and information requests
  • Support general business operations including reporting and data entry tasks

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a project coordination or administrative role, preferably in construction or a related industry
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software such as Procore
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a focus on solutions

Compensation And Benefits
