What You'll Do
Client Relationship Management
- Take ownership of post-meeting client engagement, ensuring seamless follow-through on planning recommendations
- Identify and present additional planning opportunities based on client needs and changing circumstances
- Build trusted relationships with high-net-worth clients, becoming their go-to resource for questions and updates
- Proactively communicate with clients about plan implementation, deadlines, and next steps
- Maintain detailed client interaction records in our CRM system
- Prepare estate planning and business formation documents using our established templates and document assembly tools
- Execute strategic planning outlines provided by attorneys, ensuring accurate and timely document completion
- Coordinate multi-state entity filings and business registrations
- Manage comprehensive case files using systematic, organized approaches
- Monitor critical deadlines for plan implementation and entity compliance
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing client relationships
- Present additional services and planning strategies that align with client goals
- Support client retention through exceptional service and proactive communication
- Contribute to referral generation through satisfied client relationships
- Master our CRM and document assembly systems, adapting to our upcoming software transition
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Coordinate with state agencies for entity formations and registrations
- Support attorneys with meeting preparation and follow-up coordination
Required Qualifications
- Education: Paralegal certificate, Associate's degree, OR equivalent experience in client-facing professional roles
- Experience: 2+ years in client relationship management, sales, or legal support environment
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM systems and document management platforms; ability to quickly learn new software
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a consultative approach to client relationships
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining client satisfaction
- Self-starter mentality with drive to identify business opportunities and take initiative
- Strong relationship-building skills with high-net-worth individuals and business owners
- Systematic approach to managing multiple client relationships and deadlines
- Natural inclination toward business development and strategic thinking
- Comfortable with change and learning new systems during software transitions
- Background in estate planning, business formation, or wealth management
- Experience with high-net-worth client service
- Track record of identifying business development opportunities
- Familiarity with multi-state business registrations
