Overview

As the Director of Client Implementation, you will lead a large team of approximately twenty high performing Client Implementation representatives and own the end-to-end implementation of new clients.  In this position, you will build the client implementation playbook to equip the team with best-in-class strategies to ensure each client has a smooth onboarding experience and is excited to bring our services to each client.  You will be responsible for architecting the cross-functional planning and execution of key complex processes required for launch.  As a leader of the Client Implementation team, you will be an essential part of creating scalable workflows and developing best practices for launching new clients. As the ideal candidate, you are energized by creating an environment for your team members to lead multiple successful projects at a fast-pace, to ensure successful client launches.

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-performing team, building scalable implementation processes 
  • Set strategy for projects and lead/coach team members to complete them on time and effectively
  • Serve as a trusted partner guiding clients through a best-in-class implementation journey
  • Foster cross-functional relationships to execute complex, multifaceted client implementations
  • Enable smooth client handoffs/transitions from sales through client success
  • Review client implementation portfolio proactively identifying and addressing roadblocks
  • Identify and escalate issue/barrier trends and work with cross-functional teams to resolve
  • Regularly and effectively communicate implementation portfolio status to leadership through verbal and written forums 
  • Establish and encourage adoption of project management best practices

Qualifications

  • Seven or more years of experience building and leading teams to drive successful projects with meaningful business impact; experience with lean six sigma desired
  • Excellent project management, analytical, and presentation skills 
  • Demonstrated track record of leading multiple effective, scalable cross functional implementations and processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an extreme attention to detail
  • Comfort building strong interpersonal relationships with cross functional stakeholders
  • Ability to successfully operate in ambiguity and energized by creating structure
  • Energized by working cross functionally in a fast-paced environment with a bias for action
