Scheduling Coordinator

Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join their team. As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will be part of the operations supporting member engagement. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to multitask effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Conduct outbound calls to members to schedule their annual Retinal Eye tests.
• Utilize MS Excel to manage and sort member data efficiently.
• Negotiate and plan scheduling with members to ensure timely appointments.
• Meet specific metrics, including scheduling 20-25 members for their appointments.
• Navigate multiple systems while maintaining a professional demeanor during calls.
  
  
  

What's Needed?

• 3 years of experience in a call center environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including navigating columns, sorting, and filtering.
• Strong multitasking skills to handle various systems during member interactions.
• A dedicated and quiet workspace at home to ensure confidentiality.
