What's the Job?
- Conduct outbound calls to members to schedule their annual Retinal Eye tests.
- Utilize MS Excel to manage and sort member data efficiently.
- Negotiate and plan scheduling with members to ensure timely appointments.
- Meet specific metrics, including scheduling 20-25 members for their appointments.
- Navigate multiple systems while maintaining a professional demeanor during calls.
- 3 years of experience in a call center environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including navigating columns, sorting, and filtering.
- Strong multitasking skills to handle various systems during member interactions.
- A dedicated and quiet workspace at home to ensure confidentiality.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection capable of supporting multiple systems.
