Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, social media, Advertising, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Must possess a passion for social media and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Canva for graphic design (required), with experience in Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere; video editing experience is a plus.
- Experience with social media management (ex. Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Sprout, etc.) and online reputation platforms (ex. Birdeye, Reputation, Google My Business, etc).
- Experience managing communities on social media platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and emerging platforms.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to create clear, engaging, and on-brand content for various audiences and blogs.
- Familiarity with online engagement strategies, analytics, and measuring campaign effectiveness.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience in recruitment marketing or sales is preferred.
- Develop, execute, and manage digital campaigns across social media, search engines, and digital ad platforms for all brands.
- Create, curate, and manage content for digital channels, ensuring alignment with brand voice and objectives. This includes writing blog posts, designing graphics, producing videos, and managing social media content calendar.
- Design marketing materials using Canva (and occasionally Photoshop) for campaigns, events, and recruitment initiatives.
- Collaborate with creative, digital, product, and cross-functional teams to bring the brand to life across campaigns, physical assets, and digital experiences.
- Implement SEO best practices to increase visibility and drive engagement.
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other analytics platforms.
- Oversee assigned social media accounts: engage with followers, respond to messages, and develop strategies to increase reach and interaction.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including newsletters and targeted communications.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Human Resources, and department team lead to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
- Stay current with digital trends and proactively recommend creative ways to improve brand presence.
- Capture and share stories that highlight our culture, community involvement, and patient-centered care.
- Coordinate with outside marketing vendors as needed.
