The opportunity

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, data-savvy, and proactive Recruitment Operations Generalist with 5 - 8 years of experience to join our growing Global People Team, reporting directly to the Director of Recruitment.

This is a mid-level role that plays a key part in optimizing our recruiting function, supporting the full hiring lifecycle while ensuring operational excellence and support in a broad range of HR functions..

You’ll partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR leadership to manage workflows, drive process improvements, and provide strategic support through data insights, market research, and compensation benchmarking. This is a Contract to Hire position

What you’ll be doing primarily

Coordinate the full-cycle recruiting process: from job postings and candidate sourcing to interview scheduling and offer letter generation.

  • Screen and interview candidates to support recruiters and hiring teams during peak volume periods.
  • Maintain and improve recruiting trackers and dashboards, ensuring accuracy in candidate data, pipeline metrics, and KPIs such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct compensation research and salary benchmarking using internal and external data to support competitive offers and compensation strategy.
  • Perform market research on hiring trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices to inform recruiting strategy and headcount planning.
  • Collaborate with the People team to ensure alignment between compensation ranges, job levels, and job descriptions.
  • Manage scheduling and logistics for interviews across multiple time zones and departments, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Post open roles across internal platforms, job boards, and relevant communities, ensuring job descriptions are up-to-date and aligned with internal guidelines.
  • Generate and issue offer letters, manage candidate communications, and support onboarding transitions in partnership with HR.
  • Own vendor management related to recruiting tools and partnerships; track and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
  • Support process improvement initiatives, including documentation of workflows, development of SOPs, and rollout of new recruiting tools or systems.
  • Generalist duties: in addition to driving recruiting excellence, you'll provide support on HR processes such as office management, data analytics, facilitation of events, internships, onboarding and employee engagement. Provide generalist support for our Tampa office: Order supplies, work with leaders to drive engagement, plan social events that keep our culture vibrant and connected.


Required Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in recruiting operations, recruiting coordination, or talent acquisition in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and recruiting tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, BambooHR).
  • Proficiency in conducting salary research and compensation benchmarking using tools like Radford, Mercer, or publicly available datasets.
  • Excellent data management skills with a focus on recruiting analytics, reporting, and insights.
  • Ability to build and maintain recruiting dashboards in Google Sheets and other systems implemented
  • Deep understanding of recruiting KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential information.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).
  • Prior experience with offer letter templates, compliance standards, and onboarding tools.
  • Knowledge of vendor management
  • Detail oriented, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Solution-oriented mindset


Bonus if you have

  • Experience in a crypto, fintech, or startup environment.
  • Experience with HRIS (Bamboo a plus)
  • 2+ years of prior generalist and office management experience preferred.
