What You’ll Do
As a Family Service Admin, you will be the first point of contact for client families and visitors, offering support with warmth, empathy, and professionalism. Your responsibilities include:
- Greeting families and visitors with compassion and professionalism.
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls, providing accurate information, and resolving inquiries when possible.
- Accurately researching, reconciling, and maintaining records.
- Assisting with clerical tasks, data entry, and administrative projects.
- Verifying burial records and service details when needed.
- Supporting the Family Service team with a variety of customer service and office duties.

- Education – High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience – Prior customer service and/or clerical experience preferred but not required.
