Position: Paralegal (Part-Time)
Overview
Eden Senior Care is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Part-Time Paralegal to join our corporate legal team. This position requires a minimum of 25 hours per week and offers flexibility with hybrid work-from-home options. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant paralegal experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), or real estate matters, and possess strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.

Overview

Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and provide concise, accurate analysis.
- Draft, review, and prepare contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Support corporate governance, real estate, and M&A transactions.
- Maintain and update corporate records, filings, and compliance documentation.
- Provide support on additional projects as assigned, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Paralegal Certificate required.
- 3–5 years of paralegal experience, ideally in corporate, M&A, or real estate law.
- Demonstrated ability to draft legal documents with precision.
- Strong research, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with legal research platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
