In this role, you will:

• Lead and Collaborate: Model strong leadership through effective internal communication, peer collaboration, and resource sharing to drive problem-solving and program success.
• Oversee Operations and Quality: Monitor intake flow, program census, service delivery, and client satisfaction while ensuring compliance with OASAS, OMIG, and Company standards.
• Manage Resources and Staff: Oversee physical plant, staff scheduling, hiring, supervision, and professional development to enhance team performance and client outcomes.
• Ensure Accountability and Reporting: Track program productivity, quality assurance, and monthly reporting, while participating in leadership meetings and QA/QI committees.
• Represent and Promote: Represent the Company in county/regional coalitions and foster a positive work environment to support staff and client engagement.

• LCSW or LMHC-D
