- Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service.
- Oversee daily operations: scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and store performance.
- Train, coach, and develop team members at every level.
- Maintain health, safety, and food quality standards.
- Represent the store in the community and drive sales growth.
