We're Hiring: Reagent QC Analyst!
Join our Quality Control team as a QC Critical Reagents Analyst and help ensure the accuracy and consistency of our global testing network. In this role, you’ll manage the preparation, qualification, and distribution of key reagents, while supporting documentation and compliance in a highly regulated environment.

What You'll Do
Oversee the acquisition, preparation, and aliquoting of critical reagents
Coordinate qualification testing in collaboration with laboratory teams
Manage global distribution of qualified reagents across the testing network
Use LIMS to track reagent status, document prep, and generate data for trend analyses
Maintain trending reports to monitor reagent stability, assay performance, and suitability
What We're Looking For
0–3 years of relevant experience in a laboratory or QC environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; LIMS experience a plus
A proactive, quality-focused attitude with flexibility to support changing priorities
Understanding of GMP principles, quality systems, and QC compliance expectations
