Compensation: $18 - $20/hour
Hours: ~40 hours per week
Schedule: A split day with the same patient: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–12:30pm and 4:00pm–7:30pm
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in Anderson, IN. This role involves working one-on-one with children and adolescents diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities, implementing behavior intervention plans, and supporting skill development under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Essential Functions
- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans for children and adolescents in a home setting under the guidance of a BCBA
- Support behavior management strategies, ensuring consistency and adherence to treatment plans
- Assist in creating client materials to support intervention goals
- Communicate daily activities and progress accurately with parents/caregivers
- Maintain accurate data collection and timely documentation of clinical services
- Confidently manage clients with a history of severe aggressive behavior, using appropriate de-escalation and safety strategies
- Remain calm and professional during instances of physically or verbally aggressive behavior
- Maintain a reliable and consistent schedule with families to ensure effective therapy implementation
- Follow BACB ethical guidelines and company policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Active RBT certification (required)
- Minimum one year of experience working with children or adolescents with developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, or related fields
- Previous experience working with individuals who exhibit aggressive or high-intensity behaviors
- Training or familiarity with crisis management, safety care, or similar behavior intervention protocols is preferred
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and professionalism

- Ability to work independently in-home with minimal supervision

- Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs, bend, stoop, reach, and move comfortably in client homes
- Must be able to respond quickly and safely in situations involving physical aggression or elopement
- Position with a flexible schedule based on client needs
- Employment is at-will, and responsibilities may change as needed
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
