Commercial Journeyman Electrician

Hunt Electric, Inc. is searching for a full-time Journeyman Electrician to join our team. Can you plan, design, organize, and execute electrical construction projects? Can you adapt to changing codes, regulations, and safety requirements? This full-time Journeyman Electrician position receives a competitive salary commensurate with experience and position responsibilities. Major Duties: 

• Relevant experience in commercial and residential electrical.
• Ability to lift up to 100lbs.
• Can read and understand blueprints well.
• Can bend up to 1 1/2" conduit.
• Be able to work independently.
• Effectively and efficiently diagnose and repair electrical issues.
• Demonstrate an aptitude for learning, goal-oriented mindset for continual growth, with a “Can-Do” positive attitude.
• Actively contributes to a positive team environment.
• Ability to mentor apprentice electricians on the jobsite.
• Other duties or locations as assigned by Manager.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have an active Idaho Journeyman license.
• Ability to pass a background check, drug and functional capacity test.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Have all tools for the trade.
• Reliable vehicle to get to and from the job site.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position with a typical working schedule of Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 4:30pm and Friday 7:00am - 2:00pm.
