Currently, we have a opening for a Bid Coordinator who will be responsible for managing and organizing the bid and tendering process from start to finish.

Job Skills And Duties

• Bid Management: Oversee the entire bid process, from identifying opportunities to final submission.
• Proposal Coordination: Work with internal departments to gather the necessary information and ensure bid accuracy.
• Deadline Management: Track bid deadlines, submission requirements, and follow up on outcomes.
• Process Improvement: Continuously refine the bid process, maintaining a library of proposal templates, case studies, and best practices.
• Communication & Liaison: Act as the main point of contact between internal stakeholders and clients regarding bid progress and requirements.
  
  

Required Skills

• 2+ years in bid coordination, proposal writing, or a related role (fire safety, construction, or engineering industry preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and bid management software.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and compliance documents.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
  
  

Physical Requirements

This position requires frequent walking, standing, bending, and reaching.
