We're Hiring: Research Associate!
Are you ready to contribute to innovative product development in a fast-paced lab environment? We’re seeking a Research Associate to perform analytical testing and support method validation, ensuring quality and compliance every step of the way.

Role: Research Associate
What You'll Do
Perform analytical testing to support product development and method validation
Conduct lab tests following internal Standard Test Methods (STMs), compendial, and vendor-supplied methods
Maintain organized and accurate records of test results per company policies
Perform basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on laboratory equipment
Follow all company policies, SOPs, safety procedures, cGMP, and cGLP standards
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, Engineering, or related field
1 year combined academic and pharmaceutical industry experience
Basic understanding of formulation, process development, and analytical methods principles
Familiarity with cGMP standards and laboratory best practices
Experience with typical lab equipment such as HPLC, UV Spectrophotometer, pH meter, and centrifuge
