About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our HR team. In this role, you’ll act as a strategic advisor to leaders in your assigned zone, aligning people strategies with business goals to strengthen performance, culture, and engagement. You’ll provide consultative support on workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development, while ensuring consistency and compliance across HR practices.
Responsibilities include management of leave programs (FMLA, ADA, Workers’ Compensation, personal/medical leave), providing direction for managers and employees.

What You’ll Do:
- Serve as a trusted HR advisor to leaders, providing guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, and retention.
- Partner with managers to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business needs.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for your assigned zone, building pipelines of qualified candidates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Oversee leave of absence programs in partnership with third party administrator; ensure compliance and provide guidance on complex cases.
- Support employee engagement and recognition initiatives that strengthen company culture.
- Analyze HR data and trends to identify opportunities, mitigate risk, and influence decision-making.
- Champion change management and organizational effectiveness efforts.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (HR certification preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated success in an HRBP or generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws including FMLA, ADA, and Workers’ Compensation.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence leaders at all levels.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles.
- Analytical mindset with ability to leverage data for decision-making.
- Collaborative, proactive, and business-minded approach to problem-solving.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
