Production Management

Production Management
- Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes to meet production targets.
- Manage daily production schedules, labor resources, and equipment utilization.
- Monitor production KPIs and drive continuous improvement in efficiency, cost, and throughput.
- Lead, coach, and develop production teams to maintain high performance and morale.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety policies and promote a safe work environment.
- Ensure all products meet internal quality standards and customer specifications.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action for quality issues and non-conformances.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to develop and implement quality control procedures.
- Maintain compliance with ISO standards, GMP, or other relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Analyze quality data and use it to drive process improvements.
- Work closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Quality departments.
- Support new product introductions and process validations.
- Participate in audits and regulatory inspections as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production management, with 2+ years of quality oversight.
- Strong understanding of quality systems such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or similar.
- Proven ability to lead teams and implement process improvements.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and data-driven production planning.
- Certification in Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) or Lean Manufacturing.
