What You’ll Do

• Oversee accounting and bookkeeping across the enterprise
• Manage payroll with ADP and financial reporting in QuickBooks
• Deliver insightful analysis, forecasts, and reports to leadership
• Partner with the VP of Operations to align financials with growth strategy
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and strong internal controls
• Identify opportunities to increase profitability and support expansion
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 5-10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience
• Strong experience with QuickBooks and ADP Workforce Now
• Skilled in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting
• Detail-oriented yet able to think strategically
• A growth-minded professional who thrives in a mission-driven, fast-growing organization
