The Director of Client Alignment is a strategic leadership role responsible for managing Integrated Home Care Services’ (IHCS) key health plan relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of our services, including Home Health, PDN, LTSS, and DME. This individual will lead the execution of IHCS’s Client Success strategy by driving operational excellence, overseeing complex client implementations, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget. The Director will collaborate cross-functionally to align internal operations with client needs, foster long-term partnerships, and deliver measurable business outcomes. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of Medicaid and Medicare programs, EVV, HIE platforms, and a strong track record of leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced, regulated healthcare environment.

What Will You Come With
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or communications.
- 7+ years’ experience in client / customer success, account management, or sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs and goals.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
- Experience using CRM or customer success software.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends related to the company's products or services.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles to help identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing client needs and requirements.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving client satisfaction and retention.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders within and outside the company.
- Experience developing and executing client success strategic and plans.
- Ability to work from a remote location effectively and efficiently.
- Proficient using MS Office
