Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable SAP ERP Analyst to join our team and contribute to the success of our business operations. The ideal candidate will have practical experience with SAP S4/HANA, including participation in at least one full-cycle implementation project. This role requires a solid understanding of multiple SAP functional modules and a proven ability to support business process improvements, particularly within retail environments. The candidate should be comfortable working cross-functionally, translating business needs into effective SAP solutions, and supporting ongoing system enhancements.
Job Responsibilities
This role primarily operates in an office environment. However, occasional visits to the warehouse or retail locations may be required.
Physical Demands
The employee may need to sit for extended periods, use a computer, and occasionally lift or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.

Job Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end implementation of SAP Public Cloud solutions, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement using SAP best practices.
- Configure and customize SAP modules to meet business requirements, ensuring seamless integration across functional areas.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization for SAP ERP systems, ensuring data integrity and system performance.
- Develop and deliver user training and documentation to ensure effective adoption of SAP solutions.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and coordinate with IT, business users, and external vendors as needed.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, and business processes.

Requirements
Qualifications needed to perform this position:
Required Skills And Experience
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of one full cycle SAP Public Cloud implementation experience.
- Hands-on experience in at least two of the following SAP modules:
- FICO (Finance and Controlling)
- Procure to Pay (P2P)
- Sales and Distribution (SD)
- Warehouse Management (WM)
- Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
- SAP Customer Checkout
- Strong understanding of business processes and best practices within SAP ERP environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with retail business systems and processes.
- Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems integration or support.
- SAP certification in one or more relevant modules is a plus.
- Experience with data migration, integration technologies, or SAP BTP is an advantage.
