We are seeking a motivated Rehab Aide to join our Outpatient Rehabilitation team. This role supports therapists, patients, and front desk staff to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent patient care.

We are seeking a motivated Rehab Aide to join our Outpatient Rehabilitation team. This role supports therapists, patients, and front desk staff to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent patient care.
Position Responsibilities
- Prepare and clean treatment areas and equipment before and after sessions.
- Safely assist patients to/from therapy areas and during exercises under therapist supervision.
- Support therapists with patient care tasks such as positioning, set-up, and applying/removing hot/cold packs.
- Maintain supplies, linens, and clinic organization.
- Assist front desk staff with greeting patients, filing, scheduling, and phone coverage as needed.
- Communicate patient and workflow concerns to the Supervisor and Manager to ensure efficient clinic operations.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and families.
- Contribute to team meetings, training, and quality improvement initiatives.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Spanish bilingual preferred
- BLS certification
- Prior experience in a rehab, therapy, or healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift, bend, and assist patients safely.
