- Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by the supervising BCBA.
- Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress towards goals.
- Assist in developing care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Educate clients and their families about behavioral strategies and interventions.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with other professionals involved in the client's care to ensure a cohesive approach.
- Provide support during therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and encouraging environment for clients.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills in behavioral therapy.
- Knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and medical documentation.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly children.
- Strong data collection skills to monitor client progress effectively.
- Ability to educate clients and families about behavior management techniques.
- Proficient in creating and maintaining detailed medical records and care plans.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate collaboration with team members and families.
- A passion for helping others improve their lives through effective behavioral therapy.

- Weekends as needed
- Acworth, GA 30102 (Preferred)
- Acworth, GA 30102: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
