Pay: $57,058 – $71,323/year (Dependent on Experience)

Highly team-oriented, energetic, critical thinker, organized, capable of multitasking with excellent oraland written skills Knowledge of Basic Protein Chemistry, Protein Chromatography, Purification Process Design forMonoclonal Antibodies and Novel Proteins, Basic Analytical Techniques (HPLC and SDS-PAGE Analyses), Protein Modification by Conjugation, Statistics Software and DOE Analysis Experience performing protein chromatography using Akta/Akta software Experience performing analytical testing

What You'll Do
- Generation of biopharmaceutical reagents to advance the R&D pipeline
- Performing purifications for complex biopharmaceutical drugs such as antibodies, bispecific antibodies, fusion proteins, DuetMabs, pDNA, and viruses
- Performing conjugations of candidate drugs and anti-IDs to support PK/PD studies
- Solving challenging protein purification problems
- Performs technology development projects to increase purification efficiency
